28 April 2019 – Kuching Autistic Association (KAA) has garnered good support from the community over the years and this year’s Kuching Run for Autism held last Sunday was no different. Despite the rain, 129 CMS runners were amongst the over 3,000-crowd who gathered at MBKS to participate in the 3km and 7km categories. On the shorter route, participants were seen running with their umbrellas while some parents walked with their toddlers in tow.

To increase awareness on autism, on display were the creative work by the autistic children such as paintings, beadwork, and other handicrafts. With this year’s tagline – Autism: See the Ability, KAA hopes the society will see and believe that each autistic child has his/her own unique ability.
