Responsible management and governance of the Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad business is essential to the interests of our stakeholders: namely, our staff, shareholders, customers/suppliers and our community.
We carefully shape trust through transparency and responsible corporate governance, promoting stakeholder engagement alongside sustainable and environmentally-sound business activities.
The Board of Directors of Cahya Mata (“Board”) would like to assure shareholders of its commitment towards maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and the effective application of the principles and recommendations as set out in the Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance 2012 (“the Code”) throughout the Cahya Mata Group (“Group”). These principles include accurate financial disclosure, open dialogue between the Board and Management, accountability to our shareholders, and utmost integrity in all our actions.
