Dato Sri Sulaiman Abdul Rahman b Abdul Taib holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of San Francisco, California, United States of America.

Dato Sri Sulaiman Abdul Rahman b Abdul Taib (“Dato Sri Sulaiman”) was appointed as a Director of the Company on 22 June 2021 and redesignated as Group Managing Director on 8 July 2021. He is the former Deputy Minister of Tourism for the Government of Malaysia (March 2008 – December 2009) and was a member of Parliament Malaysia (2008 – 2013).

Dato Sri Sulaiman was appointed to the Board of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad (“Cahya Mata”) in 1995 and retired in 2008. During his tenure at Cahya Mata, he held the position of Group Chairman, Group Deputy Chairman, Acting Group CEO and Group Executive Director.

He was also the Executive Chairman of RHB Capital Berhad (2003 – 2006) and chairman of boards for various companies including Rashid Hussain Berhad, RHB Insurance Berhad, RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd, RHB Research Institute Sdn Bhd, Cahya Mata Property Development Sdn Bhd, and Cahya Mata Works International Ltd. • He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Malaya and has attended the Advanced Management Programme from the National University of Singapore.

• Supports the Cahya Mata Group of Companies in all technical matters covering technology selection, technology and technical roll-out, projects execution, delivery and troubleshooting of projects and operation review of group companies to achieve operational excellence in line with international best practices;

• He has over 40 years of experience in upstream, midstream and downstream oil & gas, engineering, environmental/waste management businesses. He has served various companies in senior leadership and management positions namely: Advisor to Executive Director, MRCB; Director of Projects & Executive Projects Sponsor, Petrofac ECOM, Asia Pacific; Senior Vice President, Wasco Energy/CEO, Petro-Pipe (Sabah) Sdn Bhd; Founding CEO, Alam Flora Sdn Bhd, DRB-HICOM Bhd; Founding CEO, Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd; and Managing Director of Oil & Gas Division, MMC Bhd. His areas of expertise cover program and project management of engineering and complex EPCC projects, contract management, quality management, health, safety & environmental management, strategic planning and business planning of start-up’s and ongoing companies and other related corporate experience.

Working Experience and Ocupation

Mr Mandar Shrikrishna Namjoshi has over 28 years of finance and management experience in international companies/industries and his last role was Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") for culinary, oils & fats and beauty segmant for IFFCO based in Dubai. He has served various companies in senior leadership positions namely CFO for JDE Peets - Asia Pacific (August 2020 to October 2022), CFO for 0&M Halyard Singapore (April 2019 to July 2020), CFO for PT. Fonterra Brand Indonesia (October 2013 to February 2017) and Regional Finance Director of Fonterra Brands Singapore (January 2009 to September 2013). He also held the position of President and Managing Director for PT. Fonterra Brands Indonesia before appointed as the Group General Manager for Fonterra Co-op Group (New Zealand) between March 2017 and March 2019. Another one of his notable experience was with Johnson & Johnson (India and Singapore) from September 1998 to June 2006 in management roles.
