Key Responsibilities
- To oversee the operation in respective divisions.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to relevant parties.
- Accountable to overall Divisional Operation.
- Ensuring average PAI for each Division is more than 0.98.
- Ensuring good productivity and quality products.
- Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to management, staff and the stakeholders.
- To identify potential revenue within the Division related to LTMM Contract.
- Lead and train a team of staff through various forms of communications.
- Ensuring Division Office and Depos/Stockpiles are always in excellent condition.

- Formulate, implement, and revise safety and health policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Disseminate and educate employees on safety policies, ensuring comprehension and compliance.

- Develop and execute strategies to mitigate identified risks and hazards effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of account functions: Ensure controls of documentation and processes are in place and compliance with the Group’s Limit of Authorities.
- Responsible for regulatory and management financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management. Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and supporting documentation.
- Tax planning and compliance with Statutory on tax matters: Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements, in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Ensuring optimum cash flow management and liquidity forecast.
- Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Financial and Costing Analysis, Reporting and Compliance with Accounting Standards: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or professional certification CPA/ACCA or equivalent and a member of MIA.
