Key Responsibilities

• To oversee the operation in respective divisions.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to relevant parties.
• Accountable to overall Divisional Operation.
• Ensuring average PAI for each Division is more than 0.98.
• Ensuring good productivity and quality products.
• Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to management, staff and the stakeholders.
• To identify potential revenue within the Division related to LTMM Contract.
• Lead and train a team of staff through various forms of communications.
• Ensuring Division Office and Depos/Stockpiles are always in excellent condition.
• Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.
• Maintaining quality control and quality assurance checks.
• Monitoring and coordinating in progress works.
• Motivating and maintaining a positive work culture.
• Working on-site in all weathers, at clients’ businesses or in a Divisional office.
• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures.
• Verifying each completed work report.
• Manage Divisional inventories and stocks level.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A deep understanding of road construction and maintenance techniques is essential.
• The ability to plan, organize, and execute road maintenance projects is important.
• Familiarity with relevant government regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws is necessary to ensure that road maintenance projects are in compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate, implement, and revise safety and health policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Disseminate and educate employees on safety policies, ensuring comprehension and compliance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential workplace hazards.
• Develop and execute strategies to mitigate identified risks and hazards effectively.
• Coordinate and conduct comprehensive safety training programs for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Promote safety awareness through regular communication and training initiatives.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to ascertain root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed incident records and provide comprehensive reports to management.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
• Conduct drills and training exercises to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and work processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to address identified safety concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, including training, inspections, and incidents.
• Prepare and submit regular safety reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, community organizations, and industry peers, to share best practices and foster positive relationships.
• Monitor and analyze changes in relevant HSE laws, regulations, and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Develop and maintain a system for tracking and communicating compliance requirements to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) will be advantageous.
• Proven track record as a Safety & Health Officer in a similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of safety and health regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in conducting effective training sessions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee road maintenance and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Develop or review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for road maintenance and improvement projects.
• Ensure designs comply with JKR standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to design teams and participate in design review meetings.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction, maintenance activities, and adherence to design specifications.
• Ensure all site work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Identify potential issues on-site and propose solutions to resolve them promptly.
• Lead, plan, and manage road maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
• Supervise engineering teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance.
• Oversee the preparation and review of engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with JKR standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
• Provide expert input on complex engineering challenges and offer innovative design solutions.
• Develop project budgets in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor and Finance team.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, materials, and manpower to optimize project costs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in road maintenance, infrastructure projects, or civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of JKR standards and local regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent tools.

Head of Finance / Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of account functions: Ensure controls of documentation and processes are in place and compliance with the Group’s Limit of Authorities.
• Responsible for regulatory and management financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management. Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and supporting documentation.
• Tax planning and compliance with Statutory on tax matters: Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements, in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Ensuring optimum cash flow management and liquidity forecast.
• Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Financial and Costing Analysis, Reporting and Compliance with Accounting Standards: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
• Preparation of Board Circular Resolution and Board Papers: Prepare board papers on financial performance and other financial matters.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or professional certification CPA/ACCA or equivalent and a member of MIA.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably 3–5 years of working experience in Road Maintenance or Construction Industries.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possess computerised accounting software knowledge. Knowledge of the IFCA system will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
• Able to work independently, self-initiated and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, tender documents, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for road maintenance and construction projects.
• Support the evaluation of project budgets to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor and document cost variations and assist in preparing valuation reports for claims and progress payments.
• Aid in procurement processes, including preparing quotations, analyzing bids, and maintaining vendor records.
• Collaborate with the Quantity Surveyor in managing contractual documents and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project proposals and business development reports.
• Conduct market research to support cost benchmarking and trend analysis.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within projects.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of contracts, procurement activities, and project costs.
• Support project teams by providing timely updates and reports on cost-related activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial and business development initiatives.
