- Set-up, lead, guide & oversee document control function for the Finance Department.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reports & manage the costing, budgeting, and forecast processes.

Instrument Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Section Head to monitor and manage daily operation to ensure operational stability, and plan and conduct preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance and inspections for all associated equipment to minimise downtime.
- Assist in introducing and implementing new technologies and methods by proposing to management improvements that boost efficiency and reduce engineering costs.
- Lead the diagnosis, identification, and rectification of instrument breakdown issues.
- Manage schedules for calibration and testing of industrial instrumentation measuring level, flow, pressure, and temperature.
- Assist in complex troubleshooting and analysis during critical instrument defects on-site.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to instrumentation systems, including DCS, SCADA, and PLCs.
- Supervise instrument technicians to ensure instrumentation work is executed accurately.
- Develop maintenance strategies for servicing and repairs, and ensure accurate and timely completion of all related tasks and reports.
- Ensure subordinates are trained in safe and proper handling of tools and equipment during maintenance.
- Provide on-site support and technical assistance to maintenance staff to ensure jobs progress as planned.
- Assist in managing instrumentation parts inventory, asset control, usage tracking, and obsolescence reduction.
- Ensure Maintenance Quality Objectives and Performance Targets are met.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop efficient equipment and instrumentation in compliance with safety and client standards.
- Ensure documentation and reports are up to date, organised, and accessible for audits and future reference.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a related or equivalent field.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and passed the Professional Assessment Examination (PAE).
- Experience in the Chemical, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially G-Suite tools.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels.

Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for managing all maintenance tasks for the civil, facilities, electrical, instrument and mechanical upkeep in our company’s facilities including maintaining machinery & equipment, planning repair activities and developing maintenance procedures. Leading the maintenance team by creating strategic plans which aligned with the company goals.

- Lead the overall maintenance program of the company to ensure the plant operates within target reliability levels.
- Monitor and manage the installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities, including machinery maintenance, repair planning, and development of maintenance procedures.
- Create and maintain a cost-effective maintenance program that adheres to manufacturer or design recommendations, regulatory requirements, and equipment reliability strategies while being practical, repeatable, and well-documented.
- Communicate plans, statuses, and issues effectively to higher management levels.
- Continuously seek improvements in workflow, technology, and methods to boost efficiency, maximize output, and reduce operational and maintenance costs.
- Drive cost savings through sound financial management and control.
- Oversee service quality improvements through monitoring, data analysis, reviews, and implementation of corrective plans.
- Identify training needs and organize training programs for maintenance personnel. Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department and monitor individual performance while supporting improvement plans.

- To carry out and conduct the preventive maintenance and corrective actions such as installing, maintaining, and enhancing the systems and equipment which are supervised by superior.
- Assists the supervisor for daily operations and maintaining the production line to follow the proper working order in terms of safety policy to handle the tools or machinery.
- Respond to instructions made by the Panel Operators.
- Regularly monitor the operation parameters such as temperature, pressure, level and equipment running status etc.
- Troubleshoot and inspect equipment and tools malfunctions and coordinate with Shift Supervisor to conduct corrective actions such as repairs to ensure the production capacity and quality.
- Operate/handle machinery/power tools (e.g., grinder, drill, centrifugal, welding set, compressor, etc).
- Operate/handle industrial vehicles (e.g., forklift, lorry, crane, etc) with competency license and valid driving license.
- Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized by applying the 5S rules in the plant.
