Key Responsibilities

• Checking & verifying of invoices against delivery order.
• To ensure prices, charges, quantity etc. at invoices and delivery order are in order.
• To review/ re-evaluate existing dealers accounts at least once a year.
• To ensure service to dealers and customers are satisfactory and strong relations and loyalty are developed and maintain.

Job Requirements

• To ensure work scope under credit control section complies with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualification

Diploma / Degree In Accounting/Business or any other related field

Experience

Minimum three (3) years related working experience and with result oriented.

• Review incoming requests and segregate them into tender-related requests and contractual matters for appropriate handling.
• Maintain a structured filing system for tender documents, contracts, and related correspondence for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents within the specified deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in a related field.

Experience

Minimum one (1) to three (3) years in handling contracts, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
