Cahya Mata posts RM32m net profit in 3Q on better margins, lower forex losses

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 24): Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (KL:CMSB) reported a significant improvement in gross margins and a smaller unrealised foreign exchange loss from the revaluation of shareholders’ loans in its phosphates business, helping the group return to profitability in the third quarter.

Cahya Mata appoints five new senior leaders to key roles

PETALING JAYA: Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd has appointed Azhar Othman as group chief financial officer, alongside four new leadership roles: Idzam Yuhaizi Mohd Yunos as chief risk officer, Shafik Azlee Mashar as chief internal auditor, Mazlan Tuhiman as chief information officer and Farid Basir as chief human resources officer.
